Race Preparation

AM & Fen have helped me to accomplish great results in the past 6 x 70.3 Ironman and 4x Full ironman races since 2013. My individual 5km has improved from 1:55 hr with a wetsuit before their coaching to 1:25 hr last year November, without a wet suit. Their specific coaching methods cover strength, endurance and technique and are planned well ahead each training day. The cardio fitness I achieved has given me a great fitness base for my bike and run too.

Training Squads

Our squad is largely made up of triathletes, ranging from complete novices to very experienced Kona qualifiers, racing mainly in half to full distance Ironman events

Semi-Private Sessions

These are essentially Personal Training sessions for 2, 3 or 4 swimmers, catered to individual needs. Semi-private sessions can be a less intimidating way to begin training with us.
