Techniques Courses

These monthly courses are ideally suited for those that already know how to swim, but lack any knowledge on proper breathing or technique, have never trained in a group environment before and have limited swimming fitness.

Semi-Private Sessions

These are essentially Personal Training sessions for 2, 3 or 4 swimmers, catered to individual needs. Semi-private sessions can be a less intimidating way to begin training with us.
